Aspect is looking for an experienced and motivated developer to work on a complex distributed call center system. The position requires versatility and passion for building and maintaining extremely high quality enterprise-class software for enterprise call control applications. 

Experience: 7+ years of experience in developing real-time Voice Over IP Applications.

Educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

Technical Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Voice over IP Protocols, including SIP.
- Experience developing call control applications for highly available systems.

- Experience developing in real-time, distributed environments
- Experience delivering IP Telephony products in an enterprise environment, preferably under 

  Windows
- Knowledge of server side software programming and concepts like metrics calculations.
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented design, C++ or C#
- Experience with C#, Microsoft WCF and .NET

- Experience with source code control

Soft Skills:

- History of designing, documenting, developing and verifying high quality software
- Fast learner, and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Ability to work within a geographically distributed team
